The Frozen Watcher is an NPC that is required for the player to interact with in order to spawn the Leviathan. บริการ/Quest: Upon interacting with the Frozen Watcher, it will show the player the dialogue "I've remained watch over this gate for millennia. Prove you have what it takes to face my master." and will offer the player the chance to summon the Leviathan afterwards.
