The Celestial Fisherman is an event NPC. บริการ/Quest: The player can purchase Basic Bait from the Celestial Fisherman. If the player talks to him without having a Fishing Rod, he will provide them with 10 Bait and a Fishing Rod, just like the Fisherman.
